Shirley is a wonderful genealogist and a very active worker in the collecting of raw data that we need to get to put up on the county websites. To date she and her kids have transcribed numerous cemeteries, several which have already been up loaded to various county websites.
Born and raised around Byron in the south east corner of Shiawassee Co. Mi.
She is the mother of 7. Grandmother of 4 and lucky enough to have my youngest two also interested in genealogy, which I've been doing (off and on) since my oldest was little 35 years ago.Work mostly in Ohio, West Virginia, Adams and York Co.'s of Pennsylvania.
Have one line that goes through New York, Vermont, and Connecticut and then she added what would make this webmaster jump for joy, she is also interested in Nebraska ....can you tell I am prejudiced? <grin>Shirley is just starting in English and German research, in between all of her projects to help the other researchers she helps. She says that her maiden name is the Smith name in every country she has researched as there are zillions of them.
