FENTON HISTORICAL SOCIETY
This is a great group that are very involved in preserving the history of the Northeastern corner of Livingston County and also the city of Fenton.
GREEN OAK HISTORICAL SOCIETY

HOWELL HISTORICAL SOCIETY
This group is the newest of the area societies, having replaced a county wide organization. I am also researching this one and have yet to come up with a contact, so if anyone knows someone in this group, I would appreciate a message.

The Stockbridge area covers a large geographic area which includes parts of four counties: Ingham, Livingston, Jackson, and Washtenaw.
Many small farming communities are included in the Stockbridge area: Gregory, Unadilla, Plainfield, Millville, Pinckney, Parkers Corners, Waterloo, Munith, Lyndon Center, Stockbridge, Hell, Bunker Hill, Fitchburg, Dansville, White Oak, and Pleasant Lake.
