Benjamin Cemetery is located on North Fowlerville road about 4 miles North of the Village of Fowlerville. Originally it was included in the Sherwood family farm and eventually deeded to Conway Township by Covert Sherwood. The cemetery is located in Conway Township Section 27 and covers about two acres.
This is one of the cemeteries that was included in the three volume transcription completed by the DAR in the 1940's and the index, was redone and then I merged both the cemetery names and the people interred there into one table for ease of use. This cemetery was in Volume I of the series.
