The City Hall is located at 611 E. Grand River, Howell MI 48843 in downtown Howell and can be reached by phone at (517)546-3500 or FAX at (517)546-6014.
The Hall is open for business Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
